“For a long time, I described my work by the individual businesses, projects and roles I was involved in.
But the common thread has always been much simpler.
I find opportunities, bring the right people together, and help turn ideas into ventures.
Sometimes that opportunity starts with a piece of land. Sometimes it starts with a business concept, a relationship, an automotive community or a problem that needs solving.
My work today sits at the convergence of real estate, development, automotive culture and capital, particularly where combining them has produced something like Stables Motor Condos® or Écurie Motor Club.
That includes commercial development, motorsports and automotive real estate, lifestyle brands, strategic partnerships and founder-led ventures.
I’m less interested in fitting neatly into one professional box than I am in finding the right opportunity, assembling the right team and creating something with long-term value.
That’s the intersection where I do my best work.
Some of that work is my own. Increasingly, I’m also bringing this to other people’s projects, advising on site acquisition, feasibility, and entitlement strategy for developers, investors and landowners moving land through the same process.
