As Co-Founder of Stables Motor Condos®, I have worked across site selection, market analysis, entitlements, development strategy, product design, branding, marketing and sales. The platform grew from a simple premise: automotive enthusiasts increasingly want more than storage—they want purpose-built spaces and communities designed around how they collect, work, entertain and connect.
ÉCURIE MOTOR CLUB™
Private motorsports club, automotive real estate and hospitality development designed around driving, community and experience.
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, I’m developing Écurie Motor Club as a private motorsports destination where the racetrack serves as the anchor for a broader ecosystem of automotive real estate, hospitality, membership and experiences. The vision brings together my background in motorsports, development and relationship-driven business to create a place designed as much around the community as the circuit.
CARS & CAPITAL™
A relationship-driven platform connecting automotive culture, business and capital through curated experiences and trusted relationships.
Co-founded with Cindy “Rodeo” Steedle, Cars & Capital is a curated network connecting founders, investors, operators, and luxury brands — using automotive culture as the common interest and business relationships as the outcome. Our private gatherings have been hosted at Hennessy Porsche and Jim Ellis Maserati with strategic partners such as Skip Barber Racing, P3 Jets and Galati Yachts. And ACCESS, our weekly LinkedIn newsletter on relationships, capital, and access to high-value opportunities has 900+ subscribers and growing.
The origin:
Cindy “Rodeo” and I organized, produced and hosted Taste of Speed — The Jetport Experience from 2013 to 2016, a charity fund raiser held inside a private hangar at Peachtree DeKalb Airport that grew each year, drawing more than 2,500 guests by 2016. After outgrowing the venue, the event paused for several years before relaunching as Cars & Capital — a deliberately smaller, curated model built around a targeted guest list of high-net-worth individuals and industry professionals, trading scale for control of the room.
